Incredibly happy we chose Brandon and Werning Construction to build our dream home in Southwest Florida. After considering three other builders, we chose Werning for three key reasons: quality of craftsmanship, ability to customize the home design and every detail, and their bespoke service. Werning has created multiple projects on Marco Island, but we always felt like we, as clients, were a top priority and given attention. Brandon and his team are responsive during the entire process. This was especially important building from out of state. The entire team of staff and contractors we interacted with have the same level of service and high quality craftsmanship and were a joy to work with at each stage. While there were delays out of our control (hurricanes!), we could not be more thrilled with our home and the final product.
